Wilma’s SALMON, GREEN BEAN STIR FRY

SALMON, GREEN BEAN STIR FRY

Serves 4

(1.5 syn per portion)

  • 400 grams diced salmon
  • 300 grams green beans (sliced in 1 inch slices)
  • 8 large sliced mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 300 grams of rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Method

  • Sprinkle the salmon with the lemon juice
  • Put the olive oil and soy sauce in a hot wok
  • add the salmon and mushrooms,
  • keep stirring while cooking till done
  • In the mean time boil the rice and beans and add to the wok, mix and serve
