I went early on boiled ham.
I wanted this diet to be simple, and I needed it to work…
The way my head worked was
- What is Free?
- Just Eat Free
- Do NOT Cheat
So when Anne at SW suggested that I could eat a whole pack of boiled ham a day, if not more, as it was free, well that was it… SOLD!
I then wanted variety, and I remembered from my hotel days, we used to do boiled ham wrapped around asparagus as part of our finger buffets… I loved it … and even with the price of asparagus I reckoned if it worked it would be worth it …
I have since veered away from asparagus as I do not want to use tinned, and do not want the faff factor of buying raw and then having to cook it'

If you do not fancy it or any other variation you can think of…
- Find a way of doing it for yourself that you will eat
- Fuck it off completely and find something else
- Just quit on yourself and stay Fat
These are now a staple, go to snack for my wife and I. I have refined the fillings and we enjoy them now.
I truly believe that is the key, if you are not going to enjoy eating this stuff, then basically YOU WILL NOT EAT IT!
