SALMON, GREEN BEAN STIR FRY
Serves 4
(1.5 syn per portion)
- 400 grams diced salmon
- 300 grams green beans (sliced in 1 inch slices)
- 8 large sliced mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 300 grams of rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Sprinkle the salmon with the lemon juice
- Put the olive oil and soy sauce in a hot wok
- add the salmon and mushrooms,
- keep stirring while cooking till done
- In the mean time boil the rice and beans and add to the wok, mix and serve
