#5 Plan Your Days & Meals in Advance
When I started “Slimming World”, My group leader really wanted me to keep a food diary.
Accountability is a bitch, especially if you are honest with your self!
REMEMBER WE SHALL NOT LIE
What is the fucking point in kidding ourselves… isn't this how we got this big in the first place?
So I did my food diaries, everything, I ate I wrote down, and everything I drank too.
To be honest, it is a pain in the arse, BUT, it really showed me how much I was consuming, and just how much crap food too …
[When I actually got honest with myself about the amount I was drinking… IT SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME ]
However I changed it around slightly and I now write my food diary at the beginning of the week. I plan exactly what I am going to have.
It can be very boring I guess …
Monday
- Breakfast : Overnightoats
- Pint Fresh Water
- Morning Coffee
- Lunch Ham Wrapps
- Snacks Fresh Fruit
- Afternoon Water
- Evening Meal Chicken & Peppers omlette
Tuesday
- Breakfast : Overnightoats
- Pint Fresh Water
- Morning Coffee
- Lunch Ham Wrapps
- Snacks Fresh Fruit
- Afternoon Water
- Evening Meal Chicken & Peppers omlette
Wednesday
- Breakfast : Overnightoats
- Pint Fresh Water
- Morning Coffee
- Lunch Ham Wrapps
- Snacks Fresh Fruit
- Afternoon Water
- Evening Meal Chicken & Peppers omlette
Thursday
- Breakfast : Overnightoats
- Pint Fresh Water

See what I mean really boring, who gives a shit if it works!
But by doing this I could plan what I needed to buy , and how the week was going top look.
I am really lucky that my wife is on board, but even if she wasn't I can absolutely control what I eat… and if I have to eat around her and the kids I bloody well will, she will benefit in the long run…

- Prepare your food in advanced…
- Just take 2 or 3 hours a week
- Get Food Prepared
- 6P's
- Prior preparation prevents piss poor performance
